It's tricky the modern concept of self care. It can slip into all sorts unhealthy obsessions. "If you haven't got your health, youve got nothing." Where does that leave the chronically ill? The President of the USA, by law, must consult Congress before invading another sovereign country or starting a war. He has not. The USA has broken a number of international laws, and the Chiefs of Staff and the Republican Party are, in general, ignoring it. We have waited for the Republicans to show their much touted "love of America" and "the constitution and Presidency": To allow Trump do to what he has done is a gross violation of laws and trust and their paid positions.
